Upcoming News, Events & Opportunities to Serve

New Group Soul Care is a new group that’s forming as an alternative to Traditional Sunday School. We’ll explore Contemplative Spiritual Practices that can enrich our understanding and experience of God. This new group will start today at 10 am in the Barton Room. Facilitated by Sandra Wagner.

Guys’ Group We will meet on March 10th at 6:15 in the church office conference room.

Rise Against Hunger Join us on March 15th at 10 am for a Combined Service, followed by a special packing event in the FLC. We are currently welcoming donations as we work towards our goal of $4,500- thanks to your generosity, we only have $810 to go!

Something for 20 Somethings We will have a catered lunch on March 15th, following the RAH event. We will meet in the annex. Please sign up by March 9th through the e‑blast or online. We look forward to seeing you there!

Ladies Looking for Lovely Circle Join us on March 19th at 10 am in the Annex.

Glow Egg Hunt Join us March 27th at 6 pm in the FLC for a night of glow-in-the-dark fun! Food, games, crafts, egg hunt, and more!

Easter Lilies If you would like to purchase an Easter Lily in honor or in memory of a loved one, they are available now through March 28th. The cost is $10. Please include a memo with your payment indicating whom you wish to honor or remember. If you have any questions, please contact Nelda Hadaway.

Methodist Basics Small Group Join Rev. Julianna Sunrich Sundays at 6 pm in the Barton Room for our small group. We will be learning about the Methodist Basics. Please let Rev. Julianna know if you are interested in going.

Tuesday Morning Bible Study Join Rev. Britt Tuesdays at 10 am for a bible study on the Book of Mark. We will be meeting in the Barton Room.

Adult Bible Study Join Mrs. Tina Rakestraw Wednesdays at 6:30 pm for our adult Bible Study The Message of Jesus: Words That Changed the World. In this six-week study, we will explore six of the most important themes in Jesus’ teachings, examining why they matter and how they continue to speak to us today.

Griefshare Join us for Griefshare on Mondays from 10 a.m. to noon in the Barton Room. You can register at www.Griefshare.com/findagroup. If you have any questions, please reach out to Mrs. Mickey Gazaway.

WOW Dinner Join us on March 11th at 5:30 pm for WOW Dinner! We will be serving Poppyseed Chicken. This week’s serving team will be Team 2: Keadle/Spence. Cost is $5 per adult, $3 per child, (3 & under, free).
